There are plenty of companies that are making snorkel kits for some of the quads on the market. Depending on which ATV snorkel kit you buy will depend on what it comes with. Try to find the kit that's user friendly. If you live in a state that has outlawed snorkels you should choose a kit that let's you easily remove the snorkels.

Kits generally come with the following:1. Angle Pipe with the drain and vent2. Inlet Pipe3. Plate4. Standard Riser Pipe5. Shorty Riser Pipe6. Coupler7. U Bolts8. Lock Nuts9. Vent Connections10. Petcock Drain11. Vent Hose Coupler12. Tee Vent Coupler13. Vent Hose Extension14. Brass Washer15. Grease Pack16. Complete Instructions

Your snorkel riser pipe should attach firmly to the rack and it should look like it came from the factory. You can very easily modify the snorkel so that it suits whatever your needs are.

You can remove or replace the riser pipe and if you want a flexible riser Flex PVC works well.

Snorkit is one snorkel kit that comes highly recommended for many reasons. Simple instructions are a great place to start. In depth, easy to follow instructions make the installation a breeze. Combine that with the many years of research and testing, you know you are getting a product that won't let you down.

Snorkit also comes with easy to follow instructions so there will be no confusion when you go to install. Snorkit also requires no modifications to the air box which is a nice perk. You just remove the stock snorkel use the factory clamp and replace with the Snorkit.

The Dial A Jet is another excellent kit designed to improve performance. It also eliminates dirt, moisture, and sand from clogging up the air circuit. You get consistent jetting which solves a lot of problems that arise above 65 mph. You cal also stabilize your jetting with a snorkel kit. This kit is as affordable as the competition and has a great reputation in the industry.

Of course there are plenty of other great product manufacturers to choose from. Remember you can always go bigger. The key is to find a snorkel kit that's easy to install, doesn't leak, and let's you get into that deeper water.

This technology is regularly changing so there's no surprise when a new more improved system arrives that lets you go bigger and deeper. After all isn't half the fun about taking it to the next level?

Proper installation is critical to ensure you have not leaks which could really hurt your pocket book with engine repairs. You also need to follow the manufacturer's directions and never take your ATV into water that is deeper than recommended.

If you are mechanically inclined you can probably put together your own kit for the clutch housing that will keep the water out and the heat in. The main thing to remember is you need to reduce the diameter and incorporate multiple bends.

An ATV snorkel kit is a great way to take your ATV experience to a new level. Isn't it time to go bigger and deeper? Dare ya!
